Das Terminal wickelte j\u00e4hrlich mehr als 200 Schiffsanl\u00e4ufe ab, darunter Massengutfrachter mit einer Tragf\u00e4higkeit von 20.000 bis 80.000 DWT.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Das bestehende Fendersystem war bereits seit \u00fcber 15 Jahren im Einsatz. Zellfender sorgen f\u00fcr eine hohe Energieaufnahme bei gleichzeitig relativ geringer Reaktionskraft und tragen so zum Schutz sowohl der Schiffe als auch der Kaianlagen bei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-long-service-life\">Lange Lebensdauer<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Der Hafen ben\u00f6tigte eine L\u00f6sung, die in einer tropischen Meeresumgebung mit starker UV-Strahlung und Salzwasserkorrosion im Dauerbetrieb eingesetzt werden kann.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-compatibility-with-front-panels\">Kompatibilit\u00e4t mit Frontblenden<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Der ausgew\u00e4hlte Entwurf sah mit UHMW-PE beschichtete Stahlplatten vor. Diese Konfiguration tr\u00e4gt dazu bei, die Belastungen des Schiffes gleichm\u00e4\u00dfiger zu verteilen und den Druck auf den Rumpf beim Anlegen zu verringern.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-proven-track-record\">Nachweisbare Erfolgsbilanz<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Der Ingenieurberater hatte zuvor f\u00fcr mehrere Handelsh\u00e4fen in der Region Zellfender spezifiziert und war mit deren Leistungsf\u00e4higkeit vertraut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-installation-process\">Installationsvorgang<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Im Rahmen des Projekts wurde das bestehende Schutzsystem f\u00fcr den Liegeplatz durch Folgendes ersetzt:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>24-Zellen-Kotfl\u00fcgel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stahl-Frontplatten<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>UHMW-PE-Beschichtete Polierpads<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Verzinkte Ketten und Zubeh\u00f6r<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Installation wurde w\u00e4hrend einer geplanten Wartungsabschaltung durchgef\u00fchrt, um die Beeintr\u00e4chtigungen des Hafenbetriebs so gering wie m\u00f6glich zu halten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Der Projektingenieur erkl\u00e4rte:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201cDie Installation verlief reibungslos.
