Die Werft befand sich am Flussufer und verf\u00fcgte weder \u00fcber ein festes Trockendock noch \u00fcber eine gro\u00dfe Slipanlage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Der Kunde w\u00fcnschte sich eine Startmethode, die folgende Eigenschaften aufwies:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Sicher f\u00fcr die Besatzung und das Schiff<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Schneller als der Bau einer Betonrampe<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kosteng\u00fcnstiger f\u00fcr zuk\u00fcnftige Projekte<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>F\u00fcr wiederholte Starts geeignet<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Nach Pr\u00fcfung verschiedener Optionen entschied sich die Werft f\u00fcr <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sunhelmmarine.com\/de\/marine-airbags\/\">Schiff startende Airbags<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-project-details\">Projektdetails<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Standort:<\/strong> Indonesien<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Schiffstyp:<\/strong> K\u00fcstenfrachtschiff<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Leergewicht:<\/strong> 5.800 DWT<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Gesamtl\u00e4nge:<\/strong> 108 m<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tr\u00e4ger:<\/strong> 19,5 m<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Startmethode:<\/strong> Luftkissen aus Marinegummi<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Anzahl der Airbags:<\/strong> 36<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Airbaggr\u00f6\u00dfe:<\/strong> 1,5 m \u00d7 18 m<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Betriebsdruck:<\/strong> 0,09 MPa<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-challenges-before-launch\">Herausforderungen vor dem Start<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Werft sah sich mit mehreren Schwierigkeiten konfrontiert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Der Startbereich wies einen unebenen Untergrund und begrenzten Platz auf.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Der Bau einer festen Startrampe w\u00fcrde monatelange Bauarbeiten und erhebliche Investitionen erfordern.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Der Eigner w\u00fcnschte sich zudem, dass das Schiff noch vor Beginn der regionalen Schifffahrtssaison ausgeliefert wird.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Zeit war begrenzt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bei der Sicherheit durften keine Abstriche gemacht werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-solution\">L\u00f6sung<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Ingenieure entwarfen einen Plan f\u00fcr den Stapellauf, bei dem 36 unter dem Rumpf angebrachte Luftkissen zum Einsatz kommen sollten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vor dem Start m\u00fcssen die Techniker:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Alle Airbags wurden \u00fcberpr\u00fcft<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00dcberpr\u00fcfter Reifendruck<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00dcberpr\u00fcfte Lastverteilung<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Montierte F\u00fchrungsseile<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Beobachtete Wetterbedingungen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vorbereitete Notfallma\u00dfnahmen<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>W\u00e4hrend des Stapellaufs steuerten die Arbeiter die Bewegung des Schiffes, indem sie das R\u00fcckhaltesystem schrittweise l\u00f6sten und dabei die Airbags \u00fcberwachten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Das Schiff glitt sanft ins Wasser, ohne pl\u00f6tzliche Bewegungen oder Aufprall auf den Rumpf.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-results\">Ergebnisse<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Das Projekt erzielte hervorragende Ergebnisse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Das Schiff wurde beim ersten Versuch erfolgreich vom Stapel gelassen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Es wurden keine Arbeiter verletzt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bei der Inspektion wurden weder Verformungen am Rumpf noch Besch\u00e4digungen an der Beschichtung festgestellt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Der gesamte Startvorgang war in weniger als zwei Stunden abgeschlossen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Die Werft sch\u00e4tzte, dass durch den Einsatz von Start-Airbags die Startkosten um etwa <strong>35%<\/strong> im Vergleich zum Bau einer festen Abschussanlage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Der Lieferplan wurde eingehalten.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Da die Airbags wiederverwendet werden konnten, plante die Werft, dasselbe System auch bei k\u00fcnftigen Schiffen einzusetzen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-customer-feedback\">Kunden-Feedback<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201cDies war unser erstes Projekt, bei dem wir Luftkissen zum Stapellauf eines Schiffes eingesetzt haben, und der Stapellauf verlief genau nach Plan. Die Vorbereitungen waren unkompliziert, der Ablauf verlief reibungslos, und wir waren beeindruckt davon, wie stabil das Schiff w\u00e4hrend des gesamten Stapellaufs blieb.
