Introduction : Qu'est-ce que le transfert de navire \u00e0 navire (STS) ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Ship-to-ship_cargo_transfer\">Transfert de navire \u00e0 navire (STS)<\/a><\/strong> est le processus de d\u00e9placement d'une cargaison, g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement liquide en vrac comme le p\u00e9trole brut, le GNL ou les produits chimiques, entre deux navires positionn\u00e9s c\u00f4te \u00e0 c\u00f4te en mer ou dans un port. Il est couramment utilis\u00e9 pour les op\u00e9rations d'all\u00e8gement, pour \u00e9viter la congestion portuaire, pour le d\u00e9chargement d'urgence ou pour le transfert de cargaisons entre des navires battant des pavillons diff\u00e9rents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais ce type d'op\u00e9ration est-il l\u00e9gal ? La r\u00e9ponse est oui, mais seulement lorsqu'elle est effectu\u00e9e dans les r\u00e8gles de l'art. La l\u00e9galit\u00e9 d\u00e9pend du respect du droit maritime international, des r\u00e9glementations nationales et de l'utilisation correcte des \u00e9quipements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Le transfert de STS est-il l\u00e9gal ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2.1 En vertu du droit international (OMI et MARPOL)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Oui, les transferts STS sont l\u00e9gaux <strong>si elle est r\u00e9alis\u00e9e conform\u00e9ment aux r\u00e8gles internationales<\/strong>.
