Introdu\u00e7\u00e3o: O que \u00e9 transfer\u00eancia de navio para navio (STS)?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Ship-to-ship_cargo_transfer\">Transfer\u00eancia de navio para navio (STS)<\/a><\/strong> \u00e9 o processo de movimenta\u00e7\u00e3o de carga - geralmente granel l\u00edquido, como petr\u00f3leo bruto, GNL ou produtos qu\u00edmicos - entre dois navios posicionados lado a lado no mar ou no porto. \u00c9 comumente usado para opera\u00e7\u00f5es de clareamento, evitando o congestionamento do porto, descarregamento de emerg\u00eancia ou transfer\u00eancia de carga entre navios de bandeiras diferentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mas esse tipo de opera\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 legal? A transfer\u00eancia de STS \u00e9 legal?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2.1 De acordo com a legisla\u00e7\u00e3o internacional (IMO e MARPOL)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Sim, as transfer\u00eancias STS s\u00e3o legais <strong>se feito de acordo com as regras internacionais<\/strong>. Equipamentos usados nas opera\u00e7\u00f5es STS<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>O equipamento adequado \u00e9 fundamental para opera\u00e7\u00f5es STS seguras e legais.
