They are constructed with a central steel structure surrounded by a high-resilience, closed-cell polyethylene/EVA foam core and an outer layer of abrasion-resistant, UV-stable polyurethane (PU) elastomer. This design ensures exceptional buoyancy and self-fendering properties, allowing the buoy to remain operational and unsinkable even if damaged. For extreme environments, the PU layer can be reinforced with nylon to enhance tear resistance, significantly extending service life and minimizing maintenance. Customization of colors and specifications is available to meet diverse operational requirements.

Their outer skin is made of abrasion- and UV-resistant polyurethane elastomer, which can be reinforced with nylon for enhanced tear strength in extreme conditions.

Cylindrical Anchor Pendant Buoys
Cylindrical Anchor Pendant Buoys feature an internal steel framework paired with a resilient closed-cell foam core, delivering non-sinkable and self-fendering properties even if damaged.
The exterior shell adopts wear-resistant, anti-UV polyurethane elastomer, and can be reinforced with nylon to enhance tear resistance for harsh marine operating environments.
