SunHelm Marine cold-resistant pneumatic fenders are specifically engineered for extreme low-temperature operations in high-latitude ports (Russia, Nordic countries, Canada) and offshore oil platforms, featuring dual pressure options (50kPa/80kPa) compliant with ISO 17357-1:2014 standards. While maintaining the conventional three-layer construction (outer rubber, synthetic tire cord reinforcement, and inner rubber), our fenders incorporate advanced material formulations, optimized structural design, and enhanced manufacturing processes to deliver superior safety and reliability in harsh winter conditions.
Nowadays it has been accepted by the market and has been widely applied in STS operation (Ship to Ship) and ship to shore operation. It has become an ideal ship protection medium used extensively by large tankers, LPG vessels, ocean platforms, etc.
Since September 29, 2025, SunHelm has commenced production of EUDR-compliant pneumatic fender products, becoming the first enterprise in China's industry to support this green initiative.

Pneumatic Fender Characteristics
STS operations (large ships) use SUNHELM pneumatic fenders with a diameter of 1500mm and a length of 3000mm, which are suitable for harsh environments with strong winds and waves. The pneumatic fenders can maintain excellent performance even when the compression volume exceeds 70%, fully protecting the ship without bursting.
