Donut Fender

The Donut Fenders are made of polyethylene foam with a polyurethane
elastomer shell. Special donut fenders have been specifically designed
to protect the berthing pipes of the vessels. The internal structure is
heavy duty, but it allows the rotation on the support pipe.

The polyethylene foam guarantees unsinkability even in case of
damage and ensures high energy absorption with low reaction force,
which is essential to eliminate the risk of damage to the hulls. They can
be purposely created for any pipe type and any pipe diameter

    Galvanized heavy duty inner tube is the support and load-bearing structure. Its strength  directly determines the service life of the fenders. Inner tube can be customized by requirements.

    UHMW PE Pads

    UHMW PE Pads (Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene Pads) which has long-lasting, low-friction with minimal maintenance.

    Closed Cell Foam Core (100%)

    Due to the molecular structure of Closed Cell (Isolation of Gas), so the foam core can maintain excellent elasticity which is the basis of foam fender performance. Donut Fender utilizing only cross-linked, closed cell polyethylene.

    Nylon Filament Reinforcement Layer

    Donut Fender is constructed Continuous Tough and Thick Nylon Filament Reinforcement in Polyurethane skin which provides superior strength.

    Corrosion Resistance Polyurethane

    High performance Polyurethane skin: Anti-acid, Alkali and salt corrosion, Anti-UV resistant, Non-marking which makes the Donut Fender skin extremely durable to all types of weather, forces and marine conditions.

    Heavy Duty Internal Structure

    Heavy Duty Chain Connecting Swivel End Fitting Type (The internal chain guarantees maximum pull-through strength, even distribution of energy and stresses.) and Heavy Duty Internal Pipe Fixed End Fitting Type optional. All fittings are constructed of top-quality steel.
