SFA CELL RUBBER FENDER
SFA Cell Fender is a well established rubber fender type,with a hollow cylindrical body and fully rubberembedded mounting flanges.
It is designed to deflect in an axial direction up to 52,5% (design deflection). SFA Cell Fenders have a very long track record and remain popular because of their simplicity, high performance and strength. SunHelm’s SFA Cell Fenders come in a wide range of standard sizes and are interchangeable with many, older marine cell fender types.Heights between 400 and 3,000 mm.
SHD CONE RUBBER FENDER
SunHelm SHD Cone Fender is an efficient rubber fender type that is used in various applications. It has a conical body and fully rubber-embedded mounting flanges. Its refined geometry and conical shape result in a number of outstanding performance characteristics.
SHD Cone Fenders are available in heights between 300 and 2,000 mm, with optimal performance and efficiency. The conical body shape makes the cone fender very stable even at large compression angles and provides excellent shear strength. With overload stops the cone fender is even more resistant to over-compression..
SSA CYLINDRICAL RUBBER FENDER
SSA Cylindrical Fender was the first rubber fender type to be produced with a defined performance.SunHelm’s SSA Cylindrical Fenders are a simple and versatile marine fender system and can be easily installed.
SSA Cylindrical Fenders' proportional increase of reaction force and energy absorption all the way to the rated deflection is an advantage resulting in softer berthing. SSA Cylindrical Fenders are available extruded and wrapped, depending on the size. They are available in outside diameter up to 2,700 mm and inside diameter ranging from 50 to 1,300 mm, variable in length up to 20 m.Special dimensions and features such as pre-bending or jointing can be requested.
SEB ARCH RUBBER FENDER
SunHelm's SEB Arch Fenders are simple and rugged marine fender systems, providing reliable and trouble-free service for a wide variety of berths even under the most severe conditions.
The SEB arch fender is a V-type arch fender that has been optimised for increased energy absorption compared to traditional arch fenders.SunHelm Marine can offer SEB arch fenders as either a single element or as part of a complete fender system. They are particularly useful for vessels with high allowable hull pressures and where mounting space is limited.
SFW D TYPE RUBBER FENDER
SFW D Type rubber fenders are one of the most common type of fenders.SunHelm manufacture and supplies a wide selection of rubber d fenders in all shapes and sizes.Medium to large D shaped shaped fenders are ideal for use on ships,jetties and quays. SFC ELEMENT TYPE RUBBER FENDER
SFC Element rubber fenders are fully molded rubber legs with embedded mounting plates.Based on V Fenders but with separate legs,SFC Element Fender provide high layout flexibilities when installed behind steel panels or where mounting space is limited. SFC Elements are versatile and can be combined in unlimited combinations of length and direction.The simplest Unit SFC Element system is the UE-V fender,with pairs of legs and a UHMW-PE non-marking shield.SFC Element Fenders are available in heights between 250 and 1,600 mm, in standard lengths ranging from 500 to 2,000 mm.
SBD SQUARE TYPE RUBBER FENDER
SBD Square Rubber fenders are produced in various designs and sizes and they can be used for a wide range of purposes. The production takes place by means of extrusion. When compared to D-fenders,SBD fenders are used when a more rigid and stronger bumper is required for use in more severe conditions. SunHelm produces SBD fenders in a standard range and most common sizes are kept in stock and can be delivered at short notice.Extruded fenders are simple rubber profiles, usually attached with bolts to the structure. Extrusions can be made in virtually any length then cut and drilled to suit each application.Pre-curved sections and special sizes are available on request.Usually black in colour.
WING TYPE RUBBER FENDER
Wing Type Rubber Fenders is a new type of rubber fender developed from D type fender, it enlarges the bottom width of fenders, embeds steel frame plate and fastens to the porthole structure with a double row of bolts. therefore it gets stronger installation strength and longer service life than D type fender.
Tugboat W TYPE RUBBER FENDER
The unique design of SMW rubber fender provides effective energy absorption of excessive impacts.These fenders are quick and simple to install using steel fixing pins that are inserted through the bores of the fender. This enables you to install SMW rubber fenders at a variety of angles around a range of radii.We can also cut these fenders in order to fit around the shape and design of your specific vessel.We can supply SMW rubber fenders in a variety of widths from 320mm to 500mm in lengths of up to 3000mm.

TUGBOAT FENDERS
Tugboat fenders are mainly used for the bow and stern of the tugboat, and act as an anti-collision buffer device when the tugboat is working. It is a highly wear-resistant and durable solid rubber fender. Common tugboat fenders are M type, W type, cylindrical and keyhole type. Tug boat fenders can be used in very harsh environments, because of the nature of the tugboat's work, it may be used in working environments with ultra-high temperatures and exposure to chemicals.
