SFA CELL RUBBER FENDER

SFA Cell Fender is a well established rubber fender type,with a hollow cylindrical body and fully rubberembedded mounting flanges.

It is designed to deflect in an axial direction up to 52,5% (design deflection). SFA Cell Fenders have a very long track record and remain popular because of their simplicity, high performance and strength. SSA Cylindrical Fenders' proportional increase of reaction force and energy absorption all the way to the rated deflection is an advantage resulting in softer berthing.

SSA Cylindrical Fenders are available extruded and wrapped, depending on the size. They are available in outside diameter up to 2,700 mm and inside diameter ranging from 50 to 1,300 mm, variable in length up to 20 m.Special dimensions and features such as pre-bending or jointing can be requested.

SBD SQUARE TYPE RUBBER FENDER

SBD Square Rubber fenders are produced in various designs and sizes and they can be used for a wide range of purposes. The production takes place by means of extrusion. When compared to D-fenders,SBD fenders are used when a more rigid and stronger bumper is required for use in more severe conditions. SunHelm produces SBD fenders in a standard range and most common sizes are kept in stock and can be delivered at short notice.Extruded fenders are simple rubber profiles, usually attached with bolts to the structure.
