SunHelm Marine traces its roots to 2006, when our founding team established a workshop specializing in marine airbags and pneumatic rubber fenders. Over two decades, the team has continued to develop its marine rubber technology and engineering capabilities.​

The team developed a flexible rubber salvage buoy with more than 200 tonnes of buoyancy and helped draft the T/CDSA 202.2-2017 industry standard for inflatable rubber salvage buoys. The group has accumulated more than 80 invention and utility model patents. Recognized by the Shandong provincial government as a “Hidden Champion” and “Specialized and Innovative Enterprise,” the group exported marine rubber products to more than 60 countries before SunHelm Marine was launched.
