Marine Inflatable Fender

Ships are one of the main means of transportation at sea. Compared with other marine vehicles, ships will feel less dizzy, which is one of the main reasons why many people choose ships. Everyone knows that the wind and waves at sea are relatively large, and the marine vehicles are greatly affected by the wind and waves when they travel at sea. Therefore, many people will suffer from seasickness when they take the marine vehicles. In order to properly reduce the impact of wind and waves on the stability of the ship, we need to play the role of the marine inflatable ball. There are two main forms of marine inflatable fenders, let's take a look.

(1) Sheath type. Sheath type marine inflatable fenders are provided with a layer of sheath outside the surface of the ball. The sheath is composed of chains, steel wire ropes or nylon rope nets, and old tires (or rubber sleeves). The longitudinal breaking point of the chain, wire rope or nylon rope net is connected with one or two meshes of the adjacent net sleeve with a cable or rope, and the old tire or rubber sleeve will be attached to the net sleeve to provide protection for the inflatable fender body. effect. The sheathed marine inflatable ball can float on the water surface and is a good buffer medium.

(2) Suspension type. Suspended marine inflatable fenders are the balls that are not covered by mesh tire sheaths on the outside of the surface. Such marine inflatable fenders have hoisting and rotating devices on both sides, which are convenient for moving and make the balls rotate more flexibly during work to cope with Hits from various angles. The suspended marine inflatable ball can absorb the impact force of the ship's movement, reduce the recoil force of the ship, make the berthing activity more stable, and reduce the occurrence of accidents.

Every ship equipment needs to be installed with marine inflatable balls. The use of marine inflatable fenders can make the ship more flexible when docked, and achieve the effect of anti-collision, anti-collision and avoidance.
