Marine Airbags Workshop.
Marine Airbags workshop was founded in 2004. It has a professional and modern airbag production line and airbag vulcanization system. SunHelm Marine produces marine airbags, Anti-puncture airbags, and other types. Our airbags have better aging resistance and wear resistance. It is widely used in fields such as ship launching, caisson lifting and transportation, and underwater installation engineering flotation assistance.
Pneumatic Fender Workshop.
Founded in 2006, with advanced pneumatic fender production lines, SunHelm Marine can produce sheathed pneumatic fenders, suspended pneumatic fenders, Hydro-Pneumatic fenders, Rope net type pneumatic fenders, and customized pneumatic fenders. Our pneumatic fenders have a size range from D0.5mXL1m to D4.5mXL12m. and highly safety factor, long service life, and are fully compliant with ISO 17357-1:2014 standards.
Foam Fender Workshop.
Foam Fender workshop was founded in 2007. SunHelm Marine introduced the world's leading intelligent and automated foam fender production lines. The workshop adopts 6S standard management and can produce Chain&Tyre Net Type Foam Fender, Sling Type Foam Fender, Dount Fenders, and customer-customized Foam Fenders. Our foam fenders use 100% fully closed-cell foam core and the outer layer is covered with polyurea. It has excellent energy absorption and low reaction performance and has become the preferred berthing equipment for naval warship berths, tanker terminals, and oil & gas terminals.
Fixed Rubber Fender Workshop.
Fixed Rubber Fender workshop was founded in 2008. It has modern production equipment and can produce dozens of types of fixed rubber fenders such as cell rubber fenders and cone rubber fenders. The fixed rubber fenders have low reaction force, high energy absorption, and resistance to seawater corrosion. Has been widely used in ports, terminals, and ships.
